Father’s Day Card Featuring Adhesive Sheets and FOIL!

Hello blog readers! It’s Angela today, sharing a Father’s Day Card featuring Adhesive Sheets – 12 x 12″ and foil! This card was inspired by the supremely talented Christine Emberson’s post found HERE….in her original post Christine die cut 3D Foam Creative Sheets to create a two tone look using glitter. I wanted to recreate the two tone effect in a two dimensional format. With Adhesive Sheets, a stencil and gold/copper leafing material that I could! Here’s a close up of the  card I created using the technique:

First start by applying the Adhesive Sheet to a non textured sheet of card stock. Peel back the protective cover and apply the stencil with moderate pressure. Next applyd the copper leaf through the stencil and remove the excess. Now remove the stencil (which was unexpectedly EASY to do) and apply the gold leaf to the remaining exposed adhesive. The pennant and the heart are stacked and adhered using 3D Foam Squares – White, Regular. Here’s a full view of the finished project:
